Job Description:

You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of new payroll systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while training and coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, and delivering a seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of the project, including defining objectives, setting timelines, and allocating resources.
  • Coordinate the delivery of the implementation project alongside internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee data cleansing, migration, and validation activities to ensure collaboration and ownership of configuration and testing.
  • Manage change, training, communication, and post-go-live support to drive adoption.

You will work closely with our Payroll Team, HR Manager, and Finance team to ensure compliance, efficiency, and successful project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Skilled in overseeing payroll operations with precision, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Knowledgeable about tax laws, wage regulations, and labour policies to ensure compliance and accurate payments.
  • Able to work alongside cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Applicants must have at least 3 years' experience in payroll, payroll management, or HR solutions. A strong focus on software implementation is highly regarded, as is a deep understanding of end-to-end payroll processes across AU and NZ.
