About the Role

Stride is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the management of our headspace centres in Victoria. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for contract management, performance reporting, stakeholder engagement, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract management and performance reporting
  • Stakeholder and partnership engagement
  • Management of the community engagement program and team
  • Management of the Centre admin teams
Requirements
  • Tertiary level education in a relevant discipline, i.e. Business, Education, Health or Human Services
  • Experience in strategic planning and complex program management
  • Demonstrated leadership and management in multidisciplinary and/or cross sector initiatives
  • Experience managing a team, including recruitment, performance reviews, and team building
  • Experience in the management of a service, including resource allocation and continuous quality improvement
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the Australian health care system and key issues in primary health care
  • Eligibility to apply for WWCC and NDIS worker screening clearance
