  • Substantial experience working with clients of various scales (sub 50 up to 500 seats)
  • Tech and business competence across areas within the IT infrastructure domain
  • Demonstrable competence delivering outstanding support and advice within an MSP, MSSP, integrator, or other service-providing IT business
  • SUCCESSFULLY managing relationships with small to mid-scale clients across a range of industries and market verticals
  • A driving passion for helping people understand and use technology within their business that leads you to anticipate and pre-empt customer needs
