About the Role

The Enterprise Contracts Specialist plays a critical role in identifying and managing sourcing opportunities across the Enterprise, ensuring contract compliance and administration. This role works closely with Procurement and Category Managers and the broader Procurement, Property, and Fleet (PPF) Group to drive sourcing process improvements, sourcing outcomes, and change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key sourcing activities across the Enterprise, supporting the wider function with sourcing and tendering support, and contract administration and management.
  • Deliver the procurement and tendering process, ensuring compliance with business rules.
  • Undertake procurement activities, including maintaining, gathering, and collating procurement vendors and spending data to present recommendations that drive value for money and improvement.
  • Support the administration and management of key enterprise activities, including travel management, hire car, digital renewals, stationery, and print.
  • Contribute to the exciting Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) Corporate initiative, supporting its implementation success to meet the aim of net zero emission by 2050.
Requirements
  • Experience within a Commercial and/or Procurement function.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Procurement policy and processes, including tendering and contracts management.
  • Proven abilities with Procurement tools, such as SAP, Power BI Reporting, eProcure, and document management systems like ECMS.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand vendor data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Proficient numerical and analysis skills.
  • Able to work independently and autonomously, using experience and judgment to analyze data.
  • Strong and proven stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining the integrity of vendor records in a simple, summarized, and easy-to-understand format.
  • Demonstrated administrative experience, providing support services as needed to a busy team.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Relevant qualification in Business, Procurement, Commercial, or Supply Chain Management, or a related degree.
  • Sound knowledge of procurement and tendering processes.
  • Demonstrated comparable skills and experience in a Procurement function.
  • Strong customer service, stakeholder engagement, and support skills.
  • A strong technical understanding of Procurement tools.
  • Working knowledge of Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG).
