Job Responsibilities

The Pre Sales Engineer is responsible for directly engaging with Compnow Account Managers and key client stakeholders to assess their requirements. They are responsible for renewing current agreements, generating new documents, and presenting to customers.

  • Understand client requirements thoroughly and convey solutions through various formats, including written proposals and live or virtual presentations.
  • Collaborate with leadership and in-house experts to craft solutions that achieve client goals.
  • Work with client representatives to grasp their environmental concerns related to standard business operations.
  • Spot possible enhancements for clients and confirm your findings with colleagues and supervisors as necessary.
Requirements
  • Any experience in the IT field or currently studying a course relative to the industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and have strong organisational skills.
  • Strong professional attitude and conduct, with comfortability engaging with a range of different stakeholders.
