**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Leadership Development Specialist. In this newly created role, you will work closely with our People Experience team and collaborate with leaders across various departments to design and deliver impactful leadership experiences that align with our organizational strategy.

You will inspire, educate, and guide others with your leadership development expertise, helping us launch our new Leadership Architecture—a key program that sets us apart in the industry. This initiative will be central to our Employee Value Proposition, driving talent retention, growth, and attraction. By creating best-in-class learning experiences, you will shape our success and performance.

As an OD ambassador, you will build stakeholder confidence and demonstrate how our learning solutions contribute to business outcomes. You will oversee leadership and capability development, continuously improving the People Experience at our organization.

Your key responsibilities will include stakeholder collaboration, project management, training needs analysis, program design and delivery, facilitation, continuous improvement, and talent & succession development.

**Requirements**:

  • A solid understanding of Learning & Development or Adult Learning Principles
  • 5 years of experience in Leadership Development and Capability Development or similar
  • Tertiary qualification in Education, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or related fields would be advantageous
  • Coaching and profiling qualifications would be highly regarded
  • A strong understanding of leadership theories, talent management practices, adult learning principles, and emerging trends in these areas
  • Advanced facilitation skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer focus skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across the organization
