About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced change management professional to lead solutions as part of our business transition to a new governance and organisational structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage change-management streams through transition to future-state, overseeing the design, development and implementation of change deliverables.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to engage stakeholders and ensure business readiness.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, fostering positive engagement throughout the change process.
  • Work closely with other stream leads to identify, understand and facilitate transition activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in complex transformation programs, preferably within higher education.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage change programs, including designing, developing and implementing change deliverables.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Project and Change Management framework and governance methodologies and tools.
