Talent Acquisition Specialist Role Overview
\We're seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive strategic workforce planning and attract top talent across East Arnhem Land.
As a key member of our leadership team, you'll shape our recruitment strategies, partnering with stakeholders to align talent acquisition with business objectives.
\About the Role
The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes, leveraging data-driven insights and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize outcomes.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies aligned with organisational goals\
- Coach and upskill the People & Culture team to enhance their recruitment capabilities\
- Maintain relationships with agencies and other partners to ensure seamless talent acquisition processes\
- Design people-focused recruitment processes that reflect Aboriginal Community Control principles and Yolngu community contexts\
- Utilise MS Office, recruitment platforms, and other sourcing tools to streamline talent acquisition processes\
- Collaborate with leaders to inform workforce planning decisions and drive business growth\
- Oversee the implementation of effective onboarding and succession strategies to retain top talent\
- Monitor and report on key talent acquisition metrics to inform business decisions\\
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management\
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
