As a key member of the team, you will conduct in-depth research and analysis into industry best practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective solutions to address internal training needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing workforce skill, competency, and capability.
- Support the development and maintenance of systems and processes to meet compliance requirements for maintaining RTO status.
- Manage and monitor the performance of external training suppliers, ensuring adherence to KPIs as per commercial agreements.
- Provide detailed reports to senior management on internal training issues, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels.
- Tertiary qualification in business, finance, or training/education or 7 years+ experience in similar roles and working towards a tertiary qualification.
- Detailed knowledge of qualification frameworks, RTO activities/requirements, and understanding of VET sector.
- Highly developed communication and influencing skills with demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong working relationships at all levels.
- Solid business acumen, analytical skills, and experience working with best practice strategic frameworks and processes.
