  • Develop and execute mid-to-long term talent acquisition plans that meet forecasted workforce needs.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of talent communities to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' skills and experience through phone screens or face-to-face interviews.
  • Identify top talent in the market and work with the Recruitment Operations team and Heads of Capability to fulfill immediate resource demands.
  • Provide strategic recruitment advice and guidance to business units, ensuring alignment with policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field (desirable).
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience within a recruitment function.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment or talent acquisition functions.
  • Proven ability to assess transferable skills and experiences and align them with a wide range of opportunities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder relationship-building skills.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize workload, manage competing deadlines, and deliver results.
  • A proactive self-starter able to thrive in high-pressure situations.
  • Naturally inquisitive and confident in questioning areas of uncertainty.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Eligibility Criteria: A current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level are required for this role.
