Heavy Vehicle Industry Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real impact in the heavy vehicle industry.

  • As a Heavy Vehicle Industry Specialist, you will spend most of your time on the road, connecting with new and existing customers, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored solutions that drive workshop and parts sales.

You will work closely with our truck sales teams, parts departments, and service teams to deliver exceptional support throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive retention and acquisition by actively engaging new and existing customers through site visits and ongoing relationship management.
  • Promote and sell contract maintenance programs and services that add value and reduce downtime for our customers.
  • Act as a key link between new truck sales, parts, and service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records using our systems and report customer feedback and trends to the leadership team.
  • Represent our brands with professionalism, energy, and integrity on every visit.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and follow through with solutions that make an impact.
  • A strong understanding of the truck, transport, or heavy equipment industry (parts or service knowledge highly desirable).
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to offer value-based solutions to businesses.
  • A current driver's licence and the ability to work independently in a mobile role.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and customer management software, with strong time management and self-motivation.
