Talent Acquisition Expert

At our organization, we're dedicated to creating a high-quality candidate experience with every interaction. As a Talent Acquisition Expert, you'll partner with senior leaders to provide strategic recruitment guidance and manage external talent attraction strategies.

About the Opportunity
  • Work closely with senior leaders to provide expert recruitment advice and support.
  • Develop and implement effective talent attraction strategies to drive business growth.
  • Stay informed on market trends and contribute to recruitment projects to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract-level roles, ensuring a seamless experience for hiring managers and candidates.
  • Advise and influence leaders on the most effective solutions for their recruitment needs.
  • Contribute to recruitment optimization projects and help drive diverse hiring needs aligned to our DE&I action plans.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or Business Partner.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging with senior leaders and building valuable relationships across diverse teams.
  • Deep knowledge across sourcing and talent pooling strategies for both specialist and leadership roles.
