We are seeking a strategic organizational consultant with 1.5-2 years of experience in management consulting and project management.

Job Description:
  • Lead project planning, milestone tracking, timeline management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and project operations to deliver client expectations.
  • Conduct research, data analysis, data interpretation, and strategic recommendation development.
  • Undertake policy reviews, structural diagnostics, and develop strategic frameworks and roadmaps.
  • Design and co-facilitate workshops, training materials, slide decks, and e-learning content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Organizational Psychology, Behavioural Commerce, or related field.
  • Exceptional English language proficiency, written and verbal skills.
  • Minimum 18 months full-time experience in DEI management consulting, strategy, and project management.
  • Corporate experience working with large corporates, understanding internal processes and systems.
  • Knowledge of racism impacts and antiracism approaches, diversity, equity, and inclusion organizational interventions.
  • Trained behavioural note-taker, qualitative data collection techniques, thematic analysis.
  • Data translation and distillation into key insights and recommendations.
