Job Overview

Chisholm seeks a skilled Asset Manager to lead the development and implementation of asset management strategies. This role will oversee the maintenance of facilities, manage capital works projects, and optimize asset lifecycle performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review asset management strategies to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Lead a team of asset coordinators to deliver responsive maintenance services and support customer-centric initiatives.
  • Plan and implement asset replacement and upgrade works in line with strategic plans and sustainability targets.
  • Provide input for quarterly reporting on asset management activities.
  • Maintain current understanding of government policies and procedures relating to procurement activities.
  • Maintain accurate asset registers and systems.
  • Delivery of annual asset maintenance programs within budget and schedule.
