Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee HR systems and processes for employees and contractors, including onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Support payroll governance and provide backup payroll processing as required
  • Drive HR policy development, communications, and change initiatives to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Lead employee relations matters, investigations, and resolution processes to maintain a fair and respectful workplace
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives to foster a culture of empathy and understanding
  • Partner with executives to deliver workforce planning, HR strategies, and remuneration reviews to drive business growth and success
