About the Role

We're seeking a talented Lifecycle Campaign Specialist to join our Audience & Marketing team at REA Group. As a key member of our Lifecycle and Engagement team, you'll play a crucial role in driving audience awareness, engagement, and conversion through personalized omni-channel programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute cross-channel customer marketing campaigns across In-App Messaging, Push, Email, and SMS within our marketing automation platforms.
  • Develop personalized, relevant, and optimized messaging and communications to build an end-to-end journey of customer-led experiences.
  • Collaborate with customer Product, GTM, CX, and sales teams to develop, execute, and measure multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness of products, reach revenue targets, and maintain customer sentiment.
  • Analyze campaign performance across all channels and share learnings and actionable insights with the team and broader REA group.
  • Manage audience targeting, monitoring counts, campaign proofing, testing, and launching within our marketing automation platforms.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for creating great user experiences.
  • Technical savvy and strong skills in campaign creation and management, ideally with experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities, quantify estimated business and consumer impact, shape ideas into actionable campaign plans, and implement and analyze post-launch results.
  • Data and results-driven, experienced in creating testing strategies to increase and measure communication performance.
  • Perseverance in solving problems and willingness to get hands dirty to implement and troubleshoot.
  • Creative and experimentation mindset, familiar with optimization testing processes, methodology, and best practices.
