Team Overview
The Lifecycle & Engagement team is pivotal in crafting tailored omni-channel consumer experiences that resonate with our audience throughout their property journey. Utilizing advanced marketing technologies such as Braze and Tealium, we collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve our business objectives.
This position is centered on enhancing growth within our financial services sector, focusing on personalizing financial interactions at crucial points in the consumer journey to facilitate their property aspirations.
The role involves close collaboration with the Lifecycle & Engagement team, Marketing Automation & Enablement, Financial Services, and Consumer Product teams to prioritize, develop, execute, and assess campaigns while sharing insights across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize new opportunities, ensuring consumer relevance while maximizing ROI for REA.
- Serve as a lifecycle communications expert, providing guidance and recommendations to teams aiming to enhance their consumer experiences.
- Utilize data and insights to deeply understand consumer audiences and co-create campaign concepts with UX designers.
- Develop personalized, relevant, and timely messaging that creates a comprehensive consumer journey aligned with our objectives.
- Implement a robust optimization testing strategy, continuously testing and refining campaigns within all Braze channels to demonstrate increased engagement and conversion.
- Oversee audience targeting, monitor campaign metrics, and manage testing and launching processes within Braze.
- Coordinate the communication schedule based on contact rules across channels to optimize engagement and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance, sharing key insights and learnings within the team and across the organization.
- Stay informed about new developments and best practices in communication personalization and marketing operations.
Candidate Profile
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Marketing.
- Over 5 years of experience in similar Lifecycle or Marketing roles, with a proven ability to create campaign plans and manage projects effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for crafting outstanding consumer experiences.
- Technically proficient, with strong skills in campaign creation and management, preferably with experience in a marketing automation platform like Braze.
- Capable of identifying new opportunities and translating ideas into actionable campaign plans, followed by implementation and analysis.
- Data-driven, with experience in developing testing strategies to enhance communication performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve optimal outcomes for campaigns.
- Willingness to engage in hands-on implementation while also adopting a strategic perspective when necessary.
- A creative mindset with experience in optimization testing methodologies and best practices.
- A commitment to supporting colleagues and fostering a collaborative environment.
