Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Developer and Technical Lead to join our team.

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in solution design, plugin development, workflow creation, and Azure services integration.

They will lead the development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances and work closely with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating data migration plans and leading data migration activities from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Discovery Workshops
    • Participate in workshops with customers to provide technical feasibility and thought leadership on different requirements.
  • Solution Design
    • Create solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM modules as per project requirements.
  • Code Development
    • Deliver high-quality code deliverables for modules including configurations and customizations.
    • Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
  • Plugin and Workflow Development
    • Create plugins, workflows, and work with Azure services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Key Vault.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead the activities for development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances.
    • Work with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
  • Data Migration
    • Create data migration plans and lead data migration activities from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM using required tools.
