Claims Resolution Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Service Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Claims Service Consultant, you will play a key role in reviewing and identifying claims that do not fall within the scope of policies, ensuring the correct outcome has been made.
About the Role- Reviewing and identifying claims that do not fall within the scope of policies
- Liaising with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution
- Preparing and drafting appropriate documentation to stakeholders when required
- Developing customer relationships to understand and meet their needs, delivering a positive customer experience
In order to be successful in this role, you will possess excellent technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation, as well as strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Requirements- Demonstrated claims management experience in a complex Customer Service environment
- Ability to optimise business value by delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences
- Possess technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation
