Operational Risk Management Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of operational risk management principles and be able to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular control assurance activities to promote continuous improvement and operational resilience.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance controls end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with audit and assurance teams to review control effectiveness and implement corrective actions.

This role requires 3+ years of experience in operational risk, assurance, financial crime risk, or client onboarding/refresh.

The ability to work effectively across different seniority levels is essential, as well as the capacity to facilitate engaging risk workshops and training sessions.
