Operational Risk Management ProfessionalAbout the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our risk management function, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk assessments and monitoring programs to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze and report on risk trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure effective implementation of risk management strategies and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in risk management, preferably within a financial or regulatory environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to operational risk management.
