This is an exciting opportunity to support a newly established operational risk management team in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and manage operational risks.
- Develop and implement effective control frameworks, ensuring the accuracy of risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and develop remediation plans to enhance operational resilience and efficiency.
- 4+ years of experience in risk management or internal control roles, preferably within financial services or audit environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and performing control assurance activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance commercial objectives within a risk framework.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective engagement with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
