    5+ years of operational risk and/or compliance experience in banking and financial services.

    Proven risk advisory and partnering experience, adding value through practical expertise.

    Ability to effectively communicate and articulate operational risk issues to influence senior stakeholders.

    Familiarity with prudential and regulatory requirements, such as APRA, NCCP Responsible Lending, Privacy Act, and AUSTRAC.

    Strong workload management and process driving skills, especially in matrix working and reporting environments.

Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Consumer banking product knowledge is desirable but not essential.
