Job Title: Operational Risk Management Professional

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled operational risk management professional to lead our institution's effort in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks. As the key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to manage operational risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational risk management strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and assess operational risks across various business functions
  • Design and implement controls to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement in operational risk management practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as finance, accounting, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certification in operational risk management such as PRMIA
  • Experience with risk management software and tools
