
Full-Time Financial Administrator

Our organization is seeking a skilled and organized Financial Administrator to join our team in Slacks Creek, QLD. The successful candidate will work 4-5 days per week, with flexible hours that can be tailored to accommodate school commitments.
Key Responsibilities- Managing financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
- Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Preparing financial reports, statements, and other documents as required.
- Providing support to the finance team and other departments as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the accounting industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and software, such as Xero.
- Simpro software knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Proficient in data entry, data analysis, and financial reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance is highly desirable.
- Flexible working hours that can be tailored to accommodate school commitments.
