Reception Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to join our team in Browns Plains, Brisbane. In this permanent, full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing day-to-day administration tasks, as well as providing high-quality support to our service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the local team
  • Petty cash, corporate card, reconciliations
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role or entry-level skills

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Competency with database systems, financial & records management systems (desirable)
