Membership Portfolio Manager Role

This leadership position involves overseeing the Membership portfolio, including strategic planning and day-to-day execution across services, communications, acquisition, retention, and database management.

  • Review and refresh member value proposition
  • Realign Life Membership and Fellowship processes
  • Implement welcome packs and optimize automated communications
  • Develop and execute 2025 renewals and billing campaign with Finance and Data Analyst team members
  • Resolve anniversary date memberships, credit card updates, and outbound communications
  • Lead a CRM/database clean-up project - de-dupe, update, fix issues
  • Launch and manage lapsed member campaign
  • Initiate student membership engagement and prepare 2026 pricing insights
  • Oversee scholarship process end-to-end
  • Manage Membership Services team
  • Handle membership queries, upgrades, disputes, and related matters
  • Support preparation of quarterly reports for the Membership Committee
  • Monitor data trends, revenue recognition, and member type behavior

The ideal candidate will have experience in membership management, CRM systems, and data analysis. They will also be able to tailor their approach to different member types and work effectively under pressure.
