Membership Support Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to support our membership team in elevating member engagement through innovation and insight.

  • Maintain the integrity of our membership database, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage member status changes including nominations, resignations, and life events.
  • Lead our Reciprocal Program, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.

The successful candidate will join a team who are integral in maintaining membership records, administering correspondence, and driving engagement initiatives. This position will play a central role in developing reciprocal relationships and ensuring that every member interaction reflects excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support membership-related activities including minute-taking and agenda preparation.
  • Coordinate communication and follow-up for subscription renewals.
  • Produce membership statistics and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Respond to member enquiries with professionalism across all channels.
  • Assist in creating consistent and engaging membership communications.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance member engagement touchpoints.
  • Support the planning and delivery of membership-related events.
  • Promote adherence to membership policies and standards.
  • Contribute to process improvements and digital transformation projects.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • High level of computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a calm and organized manner.
  • Strong attention to detail with well-developed organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to interpret and work with both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working independently and in a team.
