Lead Research Institution Strategist

The role of Lead Research Institution Strategist is a pivotal leadership position that demands vision, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to foster innovation and collaboration.

This high-performing leader will contribute significantly to formulating and implementing the strategic direction of our research institution. They will provide expert coordination around the delivery of major research programs and assist in managing stakeholders and clients both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational aspects of our institute including financial management, contract management, project management, HR, OHSW, and compliance with relevant policies.

They will work closely with our research teams to ensure the success of our projects and contribute to building strong relationships with our partners and clients. A strong background in science, engineering, economics, or social science, coupled with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, is highly desirable.
