Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team on a key project for a major educational institution. This 6-month contract position will have you at the forefront of a significant technological upgrade.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and executing a detailed deployment schedule for over 275 printer devices across multiple campuses and sites.

Key responsibilities include adapting project scope and timelines to ensure optimal results and adherence to standards, serving as the primary liaison between the institution and external suppliers, and establishing and monitoring a robust project management plan, including risk assessment and milestone achievements.

  • Maintain and execute a detailed deployment schedule for over 275 printer devices across multiple campuses and sites.
  • Adapt project scope and timelines to ensure optimal results and adherence to standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the institution and external suppliers, fostering strong partnerships and effective communication.
  • Establish and monitor a robust project management plan, including risk assessment and milestone achievements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key requirements include:

  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, particularly with on-site responsibilities and managing external suppliers.
  • A strong track record of team coordination and stakeholder management within a large IT framework.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present information effectively.
  • A deep understanding of printing services and technology.
  • Experience within the Higher Education sector is highly regarded.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in a related field and professional certifications like PMP.
