Job Title: Digital Performance Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Performance Lead to support our commitment to quality patient care.

  • The successful candidate will lead and coordinate activities to achieve strategic objectives and operational priorities.
  • They will be responsible for coordinating Sunrise EMR across all staff groups and serving as a point of contact for the EMR program.
  • The incumbent must have highly developed communication skills, experience in leading projects/programs, and change management activities.
  • They must also have a detailed operational knowledge of service delivery in the organisation.

About You:

  • You should be registered or eligible for registration with the relevant professional body.
  • For AHP4 classification, you need an appropriate Allied Health Qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.
  • For RN3 classification, you should be a Registered Nurse and hold a current practicing certificate.
  • You should have a minimum of three years post-graduate clinical experience.
  • You should have project/program management qualification or equivalent experience.
  • You should have demonstrated experience in management and leadership roles with responsibility for leading stakeholder engagement.
