This role is ideal for someone who has experience in managing risk and wants to be at the forefront of shaping a workplace culture that prioritises well-being and environmental responsibility.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead risk assessments and emergency response processes, ensuring our people and the environment are safeguarded.
  • Analyse incidents and non-conformities, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Curate and share knowledge on health, safety and environment best practices, keeping teams informed and empowered with the latest insights.
  • Support injury and claims management, contributing to a holistic approach to health and safety.

This part-time role offers the flexibility of 3 days a week or 22.5 hours per week, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Technical expertise in HSE, including training, auditing and investigation capabilities.
  • A strong understanding of HSE systems and business processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cert IV or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Return to Work Coordinator certification (desirable).
