This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a dual-functional position, combining health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) management with project administration and document control.
Job Responsibilities- We implement, monitor and continuously improve ISO Management Systems (45001, 9001, 14001) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- We conduct internal audits, site inspections and support incident investigations to identify areas for improvement.
- We manage document control systems, ensuring version control and supporting procedural reviews to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- We coordinate and deliver HSEQ training, inductions and awareness programs to educate employees on industry standards and best practices.
- We prepare reports, manage corrective actions and maintain risk registers to track and mitigate potential hazards.
- We support Project Managers in project administration tasks including documentation, risk assessments and claims preparation to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
- We maintain records of licenses, inductions and training to demonstrate compliance and proficiency.
- We liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive compliance and continuous improvement through effective communication and collaboration.
About the Role
- A Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety, Quality Management or related discipline is required to demonstrate expertise and knowledge.
- Five years' experience in a similar role within construction, HVAC or mechanical services is necessary to showcase practical application and adaptability.
- A strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and Australian Standards is essential to ensure compliance and adherence to industry regulations.
- Experience using systems like SharePoint, Aconex or Hammertech is desirable to demonstrate technical skills and proficiency.
