Role SummaryDeliver engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate lessons for students from Kindergarten through Year 6, supporting the implementation of the PDHPE curriculum and fostering a culture of health, fitness, and teamwork within the school.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, deliver, and assess PDHPE lessons in line with the New South Wales PDHPE syllabus for K-6.
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and active learning environment that encourages participation and personal growth.
- Teach fundamental movement skills, sport-specific skills, and fitness concepts tailored to different year levels.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies that support a safe and positive learning environment.
- Conduct ongoing assessment and provide constructive feedback to students; prepare term reports and communicate effectively with parents.
- Participate in and contribute to school sporting events, extracurricular sports programs, and whole-school activities.
