Job Title: Hunter Valley Sector Engineering Manager

Description:

The successful applicant will lead, manage and direct Hunter Valley Sector engineering and maintenance staff to deliver high quality preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple health facilities. The role involves managing the planning, scheduling and organisation of day to day maintenance and compliance requirements of all buildings, associated plant and equipment to ensure regulatory risk, compliance and reporting requirements are met for the Sector.

About This Role:

  • Leading, managing and directing engineering and maintenance staff in the delivery of high quality preventative and reactive maintenance services.
  • Managing the planning, scheduling and organisation of day to day maintenance and compliance requirements of all buildings, associated plant and equipment.
  • Ensuring regulatory risk, compliance and reporting requirements are met for the Sector.

Skill Requirements:

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and time management skills, ability to plan for and act on issues quickly, decisively and effectively, and knowledge of applicable Work Health Safety and EEO legislation.
