Role Overview

The role of Civil Infrastructure Specialist involves operating plant and equipment to undertake various tasks associated with the maintenance and construction of roads, drainage, and other civil infrastructure.

  • EARTHWORKS AND SITE PREPARATION
  • CIVIL INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION
  • Pipe laying
  • Vegetation management

Daily checks and maintenance of assigned plant are a key responsibility of this role. The successful candidate will have demonstrated current working knowledge of civil infrastructure construction and maintenance techniques, along with experience/tickets/VOC in plant operation and labouring duties for civil projects.

This is a permanent full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight on a team-based schedule. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating plant and equipment to maintain and construct roads, drainage, and other civil infrastructure
  • Maintaining assigned plant through daily checks and upkeep
  • Participating in team-based projects to achieve project goals and objectives

Essential Requirements

  • Current working knowledge of civil infrastructure construction and maintenance techniques
  • Experience/tickets/VOC in plant operation and labouring duties for civil projects
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve project goals and objectives
