We are seeking a skilled and results driven Equipment Maintenance Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the fleet is maintained in a safe, reliable and cost-effective way. This pivotal role involves:

- Preparation and delivery of the weekly maintenance plan;
- Identifying and pro-actively initiating maintenance improvement opportunities;
- Providing technical support and advice;
- Managing work order data and maintenance documentation;
- Controlling maintenance expenditure;
- Interacting during execution events to continuously improve planning accuracy;

Key Responsibilities

- Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will focus on delivering high quality maintenance services that meet business requirements.
- You will work closely with the engineering and maintenance execution team to achieve performance targets.

Requirements

- To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant trade/diploma qualifications with a mechanical or electrical focus;
- Demonstrated high level planning experience in a similar role within an open cut coal environment;
- Drive and focus on continuous improvement;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Strong computer literacy;
- Experience in the use of SAP or any other CMMS;
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and within a large team environment.
