Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and motivated maintenance professional to join our operations team. As an employee, you will be part of a dynamic and engaged workforce who work collectively to achieve organisational goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of labouring tasks involving construction and maintenance in roads or civil construction, as well as the ability to work cooperatively as part of a team using small machinery and hand tools.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety responsibilities, providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, and undertaking various tasks to maintain Council's infrastructure assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake labouring tasks assisting in the construction and maintenance of Council's infrastructure assets.
  • Work cooperatively as part of a team using small machinery and hand tools.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS responsibilities as an employee.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
Essential Criteria:
  • A working knowledge of labouring tasks involving construction and maintenance in roads or civil construction.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
