Job Description:

The Team Leader Roads will oversee the delivery of road construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing technical, environmental, quality and staff performance on site
  • Collaborating with other supervisors in the delivery of major capital and maintenance projects
  • Overseeing worksites, providing direction and coordinating the construction of major civil infrastructure and maintenance works and projects
  • Leading, managing and mentoring a team
  • Analyzing information and producing meaningful, business-focused reports for sound decision making

This position requires a high level of technical expertise, leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.

A Certificate level qualification is required for this position.

This is a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week. The team currently work a 9-day fortnight and a rotating on-call roster.
