We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team in a growth-oriented environment.
- Develop strong client relationships and act as a key liaison with clients.
- Contribute to developing an effective audit strategy that meets client needs.
- Prepare documents required for planning an audit engagement.
- Work closely with the engagement manager to identify potential problem areas or budget difficulties.
- Coordinate engagements independently, reporting directly to management when necessary.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate these to managers.
- Prepare and monitor budgets for various engagements.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues to enhance internal relationships.
- Liaise with clients to identify future opportunities.
About You
- You hold a CA/CPA qualification or are working towards one.
- You possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to challenge assumptions.
- You are a self-starter with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- You have strong IT and computer skills, embracing new technology and adapting quickly.
- You maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.
- You can effectively manage your workflow and meet deadlines.
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You have experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- You have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
