Job Title: Senior System Analyst

Job Description:

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to blend technical expertise with collaboration and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Technology One and Property and Rating Systems, as well as strong Microsoft SQL skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain new Technology One Ci Anywhere system modules
  • Provide technical support, advice, and problem-solving on Property and Rating and Technology One systems
  • Undertake system testing for upgrades or new software releases
  • Deliver business analysis services, translating processes into technical solutions
  • Manage integration work between multiple systems
  • Communicate effectively with business users, vendors, and internal teams
  • Produce clear, comprehensive documentation
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience with Technology One and Property and Rating Systems
  • Strong Microsoft SQL skills, including databases, queries, and data analytics
  • Proven technical expertise in business analysis, system integration, and process translation
  • Experience with Power BI or SSRS reporting tools
  • Knowledge of ECM administration and ETL processes
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
