We're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager to drive sales success and lead our high-performing team at Wyndham Destinations.
About the RoleAs a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for achieving defined sales targets through effective management of the sales team. This includes supporting staff recruitment and development, site financial management, and delivering required sales targets by motivating staff to achieve performance goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering sales targets for the site by supporting and motivating staff to achieve performance goals.
- Providing appropriate training, education, and performance monitoring for the sales team.
- Supporting marketing programs and educating sales staff on marketing strategies.
- Following and representing the company in an ethical, moral, and professional manner with adherence to industry best practices.
- Actively participating in management duties, training sessions, and sales meetings, providing on-site support to sales employees.
To succeed in this role, you'll need previous Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales experience, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals. Strong leadership ability, including motivating, coaching, and performance management, accompanied by effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
You'll also be passionate about holidays and travel, engaging with customers to help them plan their next vacation, and working collaboratively as part of a friendly and supportive team environment.
