We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Lead to join our team at our state-of-the-art DC in Pooraka. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring the operation meets all required standards in relation to safety, customer service, commercial metrics, accuracy standards, and excellent employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in multi-SKU FMCG warehouse operations at a supervisory or frontline management level, with a strong focus on productivity, quality, and customer service. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining productivity, quality, and customer service standards, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, and measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and team performance.
