We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with clients throughout the home building process, from pre-site to handover.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is highly professional in their approach.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client files and ensure all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Prepare contracts and contract variations, as well as complete required documentation through the selections process.
- Navigate client files through the building approval process and provide regular updates to clients on build progress.
- Collate required documentation for completion certificates.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Experience with contracts and contract variations, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A true interest in the residential building industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
