Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with clients throughout the home building process, from pre-site to handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client files and ensure all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Prepare contracts and contract variations, as well as complete required documentation through the selections process.
  • Navigate client files through the building approval process and provide regular updates to clients on build progress.
  • Collate required documentation for completion certificates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
