Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled communicator with strong time management skills to provide exceptional customer service, administrative support, and coordinate service processes.
About the Role:
- Coordinate service administration support, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Action and rectify queries to maintain good customer relations
- Reconcile, code, and approve parts and service invoices
- Raise, maintain, and receipt purchase orders
- Assist in processing technician labour into repair orders
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years' administration or clerical experience, excellent customer service skills, and prior experience in a service environment. You must also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
