We're looking for a Dispatch Team Member PM who will be responsible for ensuring the efficient dispatch of customer orders. This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for food & shopping, a customer-first mentality, a love of teamwork and growing with others, flexibility and adaptability to change, and a willingness to work and be reliable. As part of creating a safe working environment, all candidates for this role can expect to undergo a pre-employment medical check as part of the recruitment process.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a physically demanding and repetitive role. The successful applicant will be required to lift up to 18kgs repetitively throughout the duration of their shift.

As a CFC Team Member, you will be part of a dynamic team that enhances the customer shopping experience. Your positive attitude and strong initiative will allow you to coordinate customer orders onto our trucks and be physically out the door on time to meet customer deliveries.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Thursday to Monday, 6:30PM-1:00AM. You will be based at one of our Customer Fulfilment Centres, where you will play a critical role in meeting the needs of our customers.
