Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Director to join our team in Caringbah. As a key member of our practice management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dental practice, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing practice team, fostering a positive work environment that promotes staff well-being and patient satisfaction.
  • Financial Performance: Collaborate with practice managers to optimize financial performance, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Operations Excellence: Maintain rigorous infection control standards, manage stock levels, and implement efficient administrative processes to minimize downtime.
  • Patient Experience: Oversee patient interactions, manage appointment scheduling, and ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints.
  • Marketing and Recruitment: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive patient growth, and lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in clinical operations, dental practice management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of business acumen and finance.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or business management.
