Improvement Project Lead

This role is focused on driving and delivering transformative initiatives to enhance customer experience, boost efficiency, and eliminate waste in the business.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive value.
- Lead and facilitate root cause analysis and assess countermeasures to mitigate risks.
- Manage interdependent project plans to meet time, quality, and scope targets, ensuring seamless execution.
- Apply Lean tools: Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, etc. to optimize processes and workflows.
- Deliver measurable benefits through CI initiatives, including savings and performance improvements that align with business objectives.
- You will need tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or a related field to excel in this role.
- Prior experience in Engineering, Service, Rental, or Operations environments is highly valued, though not essential.
- You should possess strong analytical, process mapping, and change management skills to navigate complex projects.
- A proven track record of implementing Lean/Continuous Improvement projects is desirable, but not mandatory.
