Senior Payroll Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to work in payroll administration, providing exceptional customer service to employees. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing employee queries, processing new employee details, and collaborating with the People function to enhance delivery of services.
Main Responsibilities- Respond promptly to employee inquiries and provide accurate information
- Process new employee details, including payroll setup and benefit enrollment
- Manage employee termination pays and leave requests efficiently
- Work closely with the People function to optimize payroll processes and deliver high-quality services
- Demonstrated experience in payroll processing and administration
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in payroll systems and software
- Understanding of relevant award and EBA conditions
The ideal candidate will possess strong initiative, self-motivation, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They must also be able to respond to a range of queries in a timely manner and have excellent problem-solving skills.
