Senior Payroll Administrator

We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to join our finance team on a part-time basis in Melbourne, Australia.
As the key person ensuring timely and accurate payments, you will:
- Manage the full end-to-end payroll cycle for over 100 employees.
- Import approved HR timesheets into the payroll system for the weekly pay cycle.
- Process higher duties, entitlements, and other payments.
- Complete all necessary payroll reporting.
- Handle payroll administration tasks with high accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure compliance with relevant award and statutory requirements.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced payroll expert who can work autonomously and has a strong understanding of payroll compliance.
- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll roles, including processing and administration.
- Experience with employment hero is highly desirable.
- A deep understanding of award interpretation and payroll regulation.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- The ability to work independently and manage your workload efficiently.
- A professional approach.
- Part-time position with flexible hours (5-8 hours a day).
- Initial on-site training, followed by remote work once up and running.
